Bruschetta with pesto

Description
Works for a special occasion and for everyday meals. You can buy ready-made pesto, or you can make it at home. For pesto you need a bunch of basil, a handful of pine nuts, 50 g grated Parmesan, a little olive oil and salt, and several cloves of garlic. Grind everything together and you’re done! So: serve with greens and the sauce.
