Bruschetta with Marinated Pepper and Feta
Description
This appetizer comes together quickly and easily. You can use homemade or store-bought marinated peppers. Making them at home is fairly simple — roast in the oven at 200°C for 30–40 minutes until the peppers have darkened on all sides. Then peel off the skins and cut the peppers into large segments, transfer to a jar, cover with oil or marinade, and store in the refrigerator. Feta cheese perfectly complements the peppers in flavor, and a crispy piece of bread with a garlicky aroma brings the whole picture together — the taste is exquisite! This appetizer can be served for a buffet or simply with a cup of tea. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
