Bruschetta with salmon
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. How to make salmon bruschetta? 1. Slice the baguette. Place the slices on a baking sheet or rack lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake until the bread slices are golden brown. 2. Cut the salmon into strips. In stores you can find salmon scraps—they cost less but are just as good in quality as fillet. With those you don’t need to slice. 3. Rinse the dill, pat dry with a paper towel, and chop finely. Set aside a few sprigs to garnish the bruschetta. 4. Let the baguette slices cool. 5. Mix the cream cheese with the chopped dill. Spread cream cheese on each slice. 6. Top the cheese with several thin strips of salmon or one thick slice. 7. On top of the salmon, add a drizzle of cheese and arrange dill and/or capers. The salmon bruschetta is ready! Bon appétit The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
