Brutuch
Description
The appetizer is quick and easy to make. Burtuch can to some extent be called a “relative” of shawarma. But these appetizers have fundamental differences! The filling ingredients can be very varied—vegetables, meat, chicken, and so on. The mandatory components of this dish are cheese, herbs, and a sour cream-based sauce. Burtuch can safely be prepared even for children. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
