Broccoli in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. As you know, broccoli is a storehouse of vitamins and minerals. It can be eaten raw or frozen. I'll show you a healthy and delicious dish that takes less than an hour to prepare. Broccoli can be cooked separately as a side dish or combined with other ingredients as a main course. I decided to show you. Serve hot.

Step 1

1. I really love broccoli combined with various ingredients. This type of cabbage adds a special piquancy and flavor to dishes. This time I decided to cook broccoli in a multicooker with penne (short pasta).

Step 2

2. Wash the broccoli and separate it into florets. Place in the multicooker's steaming basket, pour in about 300 ml of water, and cook for 10 minutes in "Steam" mode.

Step 3

3. Set the broccoli aside. My multicooker has a "Pasta" setting, which should be used to cook the penne until done. Then drain the water and add minced garlic, broccoli, grated Parmesan cheese, and vegetable/olive oil. Switch to the "Keep Warm" setting for another 5 minutes.

Step 4

4. At the very end, season the dish with salt and black pepper (you can use a pasta seasoning blend).

Step 5

5. Serve the dish hot immediately after cooking.
