Broccoli with spinach
Description
This dish certainly can't be called diet-friendly. Rather, it works well as a meat substitute. As you can understand, broccoli will serve as the actual meat replacement. And, of course, cheese, although there's only a small amount of it in this dish. Nutritious and eco-friendly.
Instructions

Step 1

I rinse the broccoli. Put it into a pot with water and place it on the stove. Boil until half-cooked or so. On another burner, I cook the pasta. Meanwhile, I chop the onion and garlic. On a heated frying pan, I sauté the onion.

Step 2

I wash the spinach leaves. I cut off the dark or wilted tips from the stems. I chop the spinach into small strips. I take a hard cheese and grate it on a grater.

Step 3

I transfer the half-cooked boiled broccoli to the frying pan with the sautéed onion. I add chopped or grated garlic and sliced spinach. I pour in a can of peas, previously drained of liquid. I sauté all the ingredients over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Step 4

I transfer the cooked pasta to a frying pan together with the grated cheese. Sauté for another 3 minutes. During this time, everything gets nicely blended. Serve hot, garnished with a fresh spinach leaf, in addition to the stew.
