Broccoli with ricotta
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. What I like most is that broccoli with ricotta can be served at home either as a salad or as a side dish to meat, for example. The dish is very tender and delicious, with an original dressing. Believe me, it's simply impossible to stop eating it. The ready dish can be served at the table.

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash and dry the broccoli, then separate it into florets. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Lightly season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast for about 25 minutes (timing may vary depending on the size of the florets) until tender.
