
Korean-style broccoli
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'll explain in more detail below. It can be served warm or chilled.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets. Large florets can be cut in half.

Peel the carrots and grate them on a Korean-style carrot grater, slice the onion into thin strips, and finely chop the garlic.

For the dressing, mix vegetable oil with vinegar, add minced garlic, salt, sugar, and Korean-style carrot seasoning. Mix everything together.

Transfer the onion and carrots to a deep bowl. Pour in the dressing.

Mix everything together and set the bowl aside.

Boil the broccoli in boiling water for 3–5 minutes.

Then immerse in cold water and drain in a sieve; let all excess liquid drain off.

Transfer the broccoli to the bowl with the dressed onion and carrots.

Mix again carefully. Cover the bowl with a lid or wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate to marinate for 4 hours.
