Broccoli and beef
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This combination is very advantageous: tasty and healthy, filling yet light. You can serve it with a side of boiled rice or spaghetti, or enjoy it on its own. Garnish with sesame seeds, or use pumpkin or sunflower seeds. Fresh or frozen broccoli will work, or you can try using a mixed vegetable blend. Serve hot.
