
Broccoli and cauliflower in a multicooker

1. Wash, peel, and slice the carrots into rounds. Divide the cabbage into florets. Place them on the upper rack of the multicooker's pot. Add water to the bottom compartment.

2. Select the "Steam cooking" mode and wait for 20-25 minutes.

3. Add spices, sauce, or other vegetables to the dish to taste. I separately boil or sauté a small carrot and green beans on the stove. Instead of dressing, I drizzle olive oil over the top.
