
Brisoles with waffles

My friend introduced me to this recipe for brizoles with waffles, and I'm very grateful to her because this dish has become a real lifesaver for me. Besides being very easy and fairly quick to prepare, these brizoles are also quite economical and incredibly delicious. My family is absolutely thrilled with this dish—even the kids enjoy it immensely—so I often make brizoles with waffles at home, and I highly recommend you give it a try.

First, mix the minced meat with chopped onion, salt, and ground pepper. Take one wafer and place a little filling (1 tablespoon) on it, spread it over the surface, and cover the filling with a second wafer.

So we spread the waffles with the filling and join them in pairs until they are all used up.

Break the eggs into a deep bowl.

Pour the milk into them, add a little salt and spices, beat everything with a fork or whisk, then add enough flour so that the batter becomes similar in consistency to pancake batter.

In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, dip the waffle with filling into the prepared batter, and place them in the pan.

Fry the waffles under a lid until a golden crust forms on each side, then transfer them to a pot to finish cooking.
