Brisoles with chicken mince
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Brizol is a French dish, whose name can literally be translated as "fried in egg." Brizol is usually made with minced meat, but there are variations with mushrooms, cheese, and other fillings. Today I suggest preparing brizol with chicken mince. The result will be juicy, nutritious, and extremely delicious! Be sure to try it. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Let's start baking the brioche. To do this, beat one egg at a time with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of milk. Thus, from 7 eggs, you should end up with 7 brioche portions. You can mix all the eggs and milk together, but doing them separately will give us uniform individual "mini brioche" with the same thickness and size.

Grease the pan with oil, heat it well, and pour in the beaten egg. Fry the resulting omelet on both sides. It's not necessary to overcook it; just let the egg set. Prepare all the omelets this way.

Dice the onion and sauté in butter.
