First, we need to thoroughly wash the turkey breast and cut it across the grain into small pieces (strips). Transfer the meat into a plastic bag, add flour and a little salt. Tie the bag and shake it until each piece is coated with the flour mixture.

Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and sauté the onion, cut into half-rings, until golden brown.
