
Brisol in the oven

And even if you've prepared brizol before, this recipe might still interest you, because here we won't just sear the minced meat in an egg and add a filling—we'll also bake the whole thing in the oven. In fact, despite the simplicity of preparation and the ordinary ingredients, the dish turns out to be delicious, incredibly tasty, and very satisfying. By the way, you can make brizol at home in the oven not only with a mushroom filling but with any other filling you like—your preferences and imagination are the only limits.

First, we need to season the meat mixture. For this, we break one egg into it, add salt and spices. I usually use only ground black pepper or a pepper mix. Mix everything thoroughly and set the meat mixture aside for now.

For the filling, sauté a chopped onion in vegetable oil, then add mushrooms and cook for another 10–15 minutes. At the end, remember to season the filling with salt and a little pepper. Here we are using forest mushrooms, previously boiled, but you can replace them with button mushrooms or other varieties. Meanwhile, while preparing the filling, you can start cooking the side dish to save time.

Next, we divide our minced meat into several equal balls; from this amount of minced meat, you should get 5-6 balls. Now, sprinkle flour on the table, place one meat ball onto it, and roll or flatten it into a patty. In a flat plate, beat one egg.

We also slightly salt the egg and place the patty into it.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and carefully place our assembly into it so that the egg is on the bottom and the meat filling is on top.

Fry everything over medium heat until the egg sets.

Then flip the pancake to the other side and fry for 1-2 minutes.

After that, transfer the pancake onto a plate.

Place some mushrooms sautéed with onions on top of it.

Roll the crepe into a roll and secure the edges with toothpicks.

Do the same with the remaining meatballs, placing one egg on each meatball. Place the prepared rolls into a baking dish.
