Brisol with vegetables
Description
The most important step is to properly sauté the brizol, but it's also crucial to roll up the resulting omelet with meat. In the center, you can place anything you like: chicken, mushrooms, or cheese. This time, I decided to try making brizol with vegetables at home.

Step 1

1. Not long ago, I decided to treat my husband to something unusual and made bryzol with vegetables at home. Bryzol is minced meat fried on an egg. The dish tastes similar to shawarma, only instead of lavash there's an omelet, and grilled meat is replaced with fried minced meat.
