Beat the eggs with milk and a pinch of salt.

Bake thin omelet pancakes on a preheated skillet with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides, being careful not to tear them when flipping.

Prepare the minced meat. Add spices, salt, and one or two tablespoons of milk or water. Mix well.

Spread the prepared filling onto the crepes. Spread it in a thin, even layer.

Wash dill greens and finely chop. Mix with mayonnaise or sour cream.

If you bought raw mushrooms - slice and fry them. If canned - just slice.

Roll up the brisole into a roll and place it in a greased baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes. About 5 minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle with grated cheese.
