Description

The recipe won't take much time. Brizol is considered a dish of French cuisine, but nowadays it's impossible to accurately determine in which country it first appeared or who invented it. In culinary science, brizol is regarded as French, perhaps due to the dish's sophistication, and as we know, the French enjoy creating and preparing sophisticated dishes. There are many recipes. Serve hot.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients. I use ready-made pork and beef minced meat. If you bought meat, then pass it through a meat grinder.

    Season the minced meat with salt and pepper to taste, add 1 egg and mix thoroughly.

    Divide the prepared minced meat into 2 equal parts. Place one part onto a small piece of plastic wrap (I usually use 2 layers to prevent tearing and make it easier to handle). Spread the meat into a circle shape with a diameter equal to that of your frying pan. The thickness should be no more than 1 cm, preferably 5-7 mm.

    Beat 2 eggs with a fork or whisk. Do not overbeat—just mix the yolks and whites together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour the egg mixture onto a flat plate.

    Carefully flip the minced meat over on top.

    Remove the film. The brizolya base is ready.

    Heat the pan well with a small amount of vegetable oil. Carefully slide the meat mixture together with the egg into the pan so that the egg ends up on the bottom. You should slide it, not lift and transfer. If it doesn't work the first time and a bit of the egg gets onto the meat, don't worry—it won't affect the taste of the finished dish.

    Fry the briesol for 1-1.5 minutes on one side until the egg is cooked, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes to brown the meat. Cook the second patty in the same way using the remaining meat and eggs.

    Place the finished pancake with the egg side down. Spread the filling with mayonnaise or your favorite sauce, then add sliced cucumber and tomato. You can also add pieces of sweet pepper, red onion, etc.
