Fish brisole
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'm sure almost everyone here has cooked fish brizole at home at least once in their life, it's just that few realized the dish they made actually has this name. And indeed, this foreign-sounding name refers to a familiar method known to all of us—pan-frying ingredients in beaten egg or serving them in an egg omelet. There are absolutely no complexities in this fish brizole recipe: we simply take fish fillet (any fish will do), season it with salt and pepper, and fry it in beaten egg. To make it clearer, I suggest you take a look at my fish brizole recipe with photos—you'll see for yourself how easy it is. Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

So, first of all, we thoroughly rinse the fillet under running water and cut it into two parts.
- 2
Step 2

Then carefully cut each piece lengthwise with a knife, but not all the way through. Open the fillet and season it on all sides with salt and ground pepper.
- 3
Step 3

In a deep bowl, first break one egg and lightly beat it with a fork.
- 4
Step 4

Place flour into a separate plate and coat the first piece of fillet in it.
- 5
Step 5

Then dip it into the egg, making sure it is completely submerged.
- 6
Step 6

Transfer the fillet to the preheated pan along with the remaining egg.
- 7
Step 7

Sear the fillet over low heat on each side until a golden crust forms, then transfer it to a plate.
- 8
Step 8

We also dip the second piece of fillet in flour and egg and fry it.
- 9
Step 9

Now the dish is completely ready and can be served, garnished with vegetables and fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal, everyone!
