Description
The listed ingredients are enough to make 4 brisoles, each the size of a medium frying pan. You can fill the brisoles with various fillings: mushrooms, vegetables, eggs. Or you can eat them as a standalone dish. In fact, brisole is very easy to prepare, and once you've tried it, you'll want to make it again and again.

Add the onion, blended in a blender, to the minced meat, along with 4 eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Divide the prepared minced meat into four parts.

Beat one egg with a whisk and pour it onto a flat plate.

Roll the minced meat into a circle with a diameter equal to that of the frying pan. To prevent it from sticking, roll it out on plastic wrap.

Pour a few tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat. Carefully transfer the meat mixture from the plastic wrap onto a small plate with beaten egg.
