Pork belly in the oven
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. A few tips: when buying, choose pork belly with light pink meat and white fat; the fat layer should not be too thick; it's better to prepare this roll using fresh, unfrozen meat; there's no need to soak the pork belly in water—simply rinse it under room-temperature running water. Serve the fragrant baked pork belly roll with side dishes such as potatoes, pasta, or mushrooms, along with tomato sauce and black bread. The finished dish is ready to be served.
