Brioche in a bread maker

   First, place the liquid ingredients into the bread machine. These are softened butter and egg yolks.

   Then add all the dry ingredients to the bread machine pan. It's best to make a small indentation in the mound of flour for the yeast, and then pour the yeast into that indentation.

   Set the bread machine to the main cycle mode; when the time is up, your bread will be ready. Spread it with butter or jam and serve with tea.
