Brazilian carrot cake
Description
Pie's base is two types of flour, whole‑grain and white wheat. If desired, you can use only one type of flour. If you use white flour, the color will be brighter, while whole‑grain flour is healthier and contains essential trace elements. Choose according to your taste. It can be served with tea or coffee.
