Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Milk and butter should be at room temperature.
- 2
Step 2

Grease two microwave-safe molds.
- 3
Step 3

In a bowl, mix the dry brownie ingredients with a whisk or simply with a fork.
- 4
Step 4

Add the milk and butter and stir gently until combined. Do not overmix!
- 5
Step 5

Divide the dough into two molds and place in the microwave.
- 6
Step 6

Bake for one and a half minutes at 800 W. Then adjust according to your microwave. If the brownie still seems too raw, add time in 10-second increments. It's very important not to overcook the brownie. A ready brownie is very soft yet springy, with a matte and porous surface. When tested with a wooden skewer, it should come out with moist crumbs.
- 7
Step 7

Remove the molds from the microwave and let the brownies stand for a few minutes. If desired, lightly dust the surface with powdered sugar.
- 8
Step 8

Serve warm with a cup of strong coffee.
- 9
Step 9

The baked goods are ready. Serve with tea.
