Brownies in the Air Fryer
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For baking I use a silicone mold 20 cm in diameter. I use chocolate with 72% cocoa and quality butter with 82.5% fat. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Gather all the ingredients on the table.
- 2
Step 2

Place the butter and chocolate, broken into pieces, in a saucepan.
- 3
Step 3

Over low heat, melt these ingredients, stirring with a spatula, until you have a smooth, glossy mixture.
- 4
Step 4

Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt to the chocolate mixture.
- 5
Step 5

Mix all these ingredients, but you don't need to wait for the sugar to dissolve.
- 6
Step 6

Pour this mixture into a spacious bowl for convenience and let it cool slightly. Then beat in two eggs.
- 7
Step 7

Actively whisk the eggs into the chocolate mixture with a whisk.
- 8
Step 8

Sift the flour with the baking powder.
- 9
Step 9

In the end, you will have a pourable, thick chocolate batter that you should spread into a baking pan. You can line the bottom of the pan with a piece of parchment paper beforehand.
- 10
Step 10

Place the batter-filled pan in the air fryer basket and put it into the air fryer. Bake the brownies in the air fryer for 30 minutes at 170°C. One important note: your baking time may differ from mine, because air fryers vary in power. To check doneness, pierce the dessert with a toothpick; a little moist batter should cling to it. A fully baked brownie also has a characteristic cracked top.
- 11
Step 11

Remove the finished brownies from the pan and let them cool slightly.
- 12
Step 12

Then cut into portion-sized square pieces and serve.
- 13
Step 13

Done. Serve at the table.
