Brownies with cherries and mascarpone
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. This filling nicely offsets the sweetness of classic pastries with a pleasant berry tang and the mild, neutral flavour of the cheese. If you like, you can swap the cherries for raspberries, blackberries, pineapple chunks, and so on. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
