Brownies with cottage cheese and raspberries

120 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Delicious baked goods for the whole family. It’s very hard for beginners to tell when brownies are done. For this, take a wooden skewer and poke near the edge of the pan—the skewer should come out dry there. Also poke the center of the brownie—the skewer should come out with small crumbs, meaning the center should still be moist. If you’re worried the top will brown before the brownie is fully baked, cover with foil or parchment. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Step 10

Take a rectangular or square baking dish. Line it with parchment paper. Pour in half of the batter. Scatter the filling over the batter. You do not need to spread it out; it’s enough to place it in small mounds.

    Step 11

Pour the remaining batter over the top. Run a wooden skewer through the batter as if mixing. Then arrange the raspberries, pressing them lightly into the batter. Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 50–70 minutes. Watch that the top does not burn. Allow for your oven’s individual characteristics.

    Step 12

When the time is up, check the brownies for doneness with a wooden skewer. At the edges, the skewer should be dry; in the center, it should have a few small crumbs of batter on it. Let the finished cake cool.
