Description

It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. You cannot check doneness with a toothpick, because the inside of the brownie should stay moist—otherwise you will end up with plain dry cake. But eating raw batter is not very pleasant either, so it is ready when the surface has formed a crust but it still feels soft when pressed. Be sure to line the pan with parchment paper; that will make it easier to remove the brownie from the pan. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    Prepare all the ingredients you need to make Nutella brownies. Take the ingredients out ahead of time so they are at room temperature.

    Crack the eggs into a bowl and add Nutella. Beat everything until smooth and fluffy.
