
Brownies with cappuccino
Description
Brownies, like other cakes or pies, should be served only after they have completely cooled down. They can be decorated with powdered sugar, chocolate glaze, or left plain. This cake is delicious served with a glass of milk or cocoa, hot chocolate, or tea. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Mix the hot milk and instant coffee, set aside.

Place the dark chocolate and butter into a saucepan, put it over heat and melt, then pour in the milk with coffee.

After the chocolate has completely melted, add cocoa and sugar, and mix. Remove the saucepan from the heat.

Let the contents of the saucepan cool slightly, then add the eggs one at a time, along with the vanilla extract.
