Description

Homemade baking for tea. Want to surprise your guests with an interesting pie? Make the American pumpkin brownie pie. The pie should be cut into squares and served on a large platter. It is incredibly simple, yet so unusual, with a rich chocolate aroma and barely noticeable hints of pumpkin. What about the texture? It is delightful! Moderately dense, soft, tender… How can you resist? It can be served with tea or coffee.

You can boil the pumpkin in a small amount of water, then drain all the water, puree the pumpkin and place it on 3‑4 layers of cheesecloth to let the moisture drain. Or you can roast pumpkin pieces in the oven and then simply mash them with a fork.
