Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. I'm eager to share with you. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler. Add 100g of sugar and let it dissolve as well.

2. Place three eggs into a separate container, lightly beat them with vanilla sugar using a mixer. Add half of the egg mixture to the slightly cooled chocolate mixture and thoroughly mix with a spatula.

3. Beat the remaining half of the egg mixture with a mixer until it becomes lighter and fluffier. Add the sifted flour and mix until you get a slightly sticky dough.

4. Add the dough to the chocolate-egg mixture, and beat thoroughly with a mixer until smooth and homogeneous.

5. Grease the brownie baking pan with butter and pour the batter into it. When choosing a baking pan, keep in mind that the brownies should be 1-2 cm high. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden skewer. Cut the cooled brownies into Christmas tree shapes.

6. Prepare the glaze for decorating the brownies. Bring 125g of sugar and 60ml of water to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes until the mixture turns into a syrup.

7. Beat the egg white from one egg with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Slowly pour the syrup into the egg white in a thin stream, continuing to beat with the mixer. Color the icing with food coloring to achieve a light green shade.

8. Transfer the icing to a piping bag and use it to decorate the brownies. You can also use hard candies as trunks and other decorations.
