Description

Home baking for tea. For the brownies to be tasty and have the right texture, the ingredients must be good quality. Use butter with at least 80% milk fat, and chocolate with at least 70% cocoa. To boost the flavor, you can add grated lemon zest or vanillin. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    Mix the flour, cocoa, powdered sugar, and baking powder.

    Finely chop the chocolate and put it in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add the butter, melt over low heat, and let cool.
