Bramboraki
Description
Bramboraki are the perfect way to feed the whole family, from little ones to adults. And don't worry about giving bramboraki to children—the amount of beer in them is minimal, and after heat treatment, only a hint of aroma remains. And what an amazing aroma it is! After all, besides beer, this dish is generously spiced, resulting in an incredibly delicious and mouthwatering flavor and fragrance. I hope I've piqued your interest, so go ahead and read the recipe.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel and rinse the potatoes and onions. Traditionally, bacon is used, but I prefer using pork tenderloin instead.
- 2
Step 2

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.
- 3
Step 3

Pass the meat together with the onion through a meat grinder.
- 4
Step 4

Mix the potatoes and meat with the onion, add eggs, salt, and spices, then pour in the beer. At the last moment, I decided to add a second egg to make sure the patties don't fall apart.
- 5
Step 5

Mix well, then add the necessary amount of flour to achieve a not too liquid consistency.
- 6
Step 6

Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan. Use a spoon to place the potato mixture into the pan, forming small patties.
- 7
Step 7

Fry on both sides until golden brown.
- 8
Step 8

Bramboraki are ready. They are delicious both hot and cold. Serve bramboraki with any sauce.
