Moonshine mash from jam
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. If you don't buy strong alcoholic beverages but prefer making them at home, this simple recipe for preparing mash for moonshine from jam will be useful for you. Every homemaker occasionally has jam that has fermented or crystallized, or has been left over from two years ago. It's a pity to throw it away—and there's no need to. You can make excellent mash from such jam. It will mature in 10 to 14 days and must ferment completely, becoming sour with a slight bitterness in taste. Test the mash with a flame: if the flame goes out above the mash, it means it's still fermenting. The drink is ready to serve.
