Bosbosh in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To make bozbash in a multicooker, we need a medium-sized chicken. Cut it beforehand into portion-sized pieces. If you don't have a whole chicken, you can simply use chicken legs or quarters. Since the dish is traditionally Armenian, don't skimp on the spices. Bozbash turns out very rich and flavorful, so I don't even serve it with a side dish. The finished dish is ready to be served.
