Description

Boyarskaya porridge differs from the usual one in its cooking method. The porridge is slowly baked in a pot, resulting in a very tasty, tender, and fluffy dish! You can add not only raisins to the porridge, but also dried apricots, prunes, or fresh fruits. Try making it—you'll definitely like it.

    Rinse the millet, pour boiling water over it, and leave until cooled. This procedure will help remove any possible bitterness; then rinse the millet once again.
