1. For the sponge cake, mix in one bowl the flour, baking powder, and 50 grams of sugar; in a second bowl, combine the remaining sugar, lemon juice, egg yolks, and vegetable oil; in a third bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Then gently combine these three mixtures, add the flour, mix well, and bake the cake layer. I baked mine for 35 minutes at 200°C.

2. The cream turned out to be quite runny, so I made lots of holes in the cake to help the excess cream absorb quickly. Pour in the cream, spread it evenly, and leave the cake in the refrigerator.

3. And when the cream has cooled and thickened in the refrigerator, becoming whiter, make a glaze from the cream and chocolate, then pour it over the top of the cake. Let it sit in the refrigerator until the glaze sets.
