Description

Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. This simple "Bordelaise" recipe, a flavorful and aromatic sauce, is perfect for steaks. If you have fresh thyme on hand, use it, but in my case, I only had dried thyme available. You can use not only beef but also chicken broth as a base. Don't hesitate—take the time to make this sauce at home, and you definitely won't regret it. Serve it chilled or at room temperature.
