Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Here is a classic recipe for making borcog. I should mention right away that Kalmyk cookies are not like the baked goods we are used to. They turn out rather hard and dry. The main advantage of these cookies is their satisfying quality! They are especially delicious when enjoyed with milk green tea. Good luck!
Instructions

Mix the flour sifted with baking powder with sugar, salt, cinnamon, vegetable oil, and egg. Knead a firm dough.

Cut the dough into strips (4-5 cm). Place the future cookies onto a floured baking sheet.

Bake the cookies for 40 minutes at 160 degrees.

Serve at the table with tea (be sure to add milk).
