Large pasta with minced meat
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I really love Italian cuisine, but since I don't have time to spend long hours at the stove, I simplify recipes a bit and adjust ingredients according to my taste preferences. I've also made this recipe for large pasta with minced meat lighter and easier—for example, I used store-bought sauce instead of preparing it from scratch, as in the original version, and my filling is very simple: minced meat, onion, and garlic. By the way, regarding cheese, large pasta with minced meat is best made at home with provolone (an Italian cheese), which has a special flavor, but I substitute it with regular mozzarella, and the dish turns out just as good. The finished dish can now be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

So, first of all, we need to cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- 2
Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, we place a frying pan on the heat and melt the butter in it.
- 3
Step 3

Fry the chopped onion with garlic in oil first, then add the minced meat and cook, stirring, until golden brown.
- 4
Step 4

After this, drain the minced meat in a colander to let the excess fat drip off.
- 5
Step 5

Return the meat mixture to the skillet, add basil, oregano, pepper and salt to taste, as well as half of the chopped cheese. Mix everything until the cheese melts.
- 6
Step 6

Now take a baking dish and spread 3/4 cup of spaghetti sauce in it, distributing it evenly.
- 7
Step 7

We also drain the cooked pasta on a colander and stuff each shell with the prepared filling. Then we carefully place them into a baking dish with the sauce, filling side down.
- 8
Step 8

Pour the remaining sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with chopped mozzarella.
- 9
Step 9

Next, the pasta can be placed in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, but if you're short on time, you can cook it in the microwave (10 minutes at full power).
