Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. A large cheese-filled vatrushka – a variation on the theme of a popular bun. One such vatrushka is enough for a whole group of guests, a kind of mini-pie to enjoy with tea, coffee, or even with a sip of milk. Serve cooled down or slightly warm.

Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar. Add milk and mayonnaise, baking soda, and sifted flour. Knead a slightly thick dough.

Sprinkle the baking pan with semolina. Transfer the dough to the pan. Place the filling (cottage cheese mixed with egg and sugar) on top. If possible, form the edges. Bake the vatrushka in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees. After baking, let the vatrushka cool directly in the oven.
