
Bolognese lasagna
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Bolognese lasagna goes perfectly with béchamel sauce, minced meat, and tomato sauce. Serve hot.

Step 1

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the onion. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a skillet over medium heat. Add half of the chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Sauté for one minute. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 3–4 minutes. Set aside.

Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a large skillet over medium heat. When hot, add the remaining chopped onion, salt, and pepper, and sauté for 1 minute. Add the ground meat and mix well.

Add 1 bouquet garni, 1 beef bouillon cube, and 2 garlic cloves. Cook until the meat turns brown.

Remove the garlic and bouquet garni. Add chopped parsley, mushrooms, and tomato sauce. Mix well and remove from heat.

Prepare the béchamel sauce and lasagna sheets. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Grease the baking dish with butter and béchamel sauce.

Place a layer of meat in tomato sauce and sprinkle with a little grated cheese on top.

Cover with a layer of lasagna.
