Bolognese with mushrooms

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Use button mushrooms, mixed minced meat, and canned meat—beef or pork; I used the latter. We'll use pasta made from hard wheat. Be sure to add dried garlic, spices, and tomato sauce. Keep this recipe in mind—it's very tasty and can be served with fresh herbs and vegetables. The ready dish can now be served at the table.

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Peel and rinse the onion, then cut into small cubes. Rinse the mushrooms and dry them, then slice into pieces.

    Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan, add mushrooms and onions, and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring. Then add canned meat and minced meat to the pan.

    Fry all ingredients, stirring, for 8–10 minutes over low heat. Continuously break up the ground meat with a spatula.
