1. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, and cut into medium pieces. Place in a blender cup or pass through a meat grinder. Peel the garlic and add it as well. If desired, you can also add an onion to the recipe for making chicken meatball sauce.

2. Beat until smooth, ensuring there are no large lumps.

3. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and other spices to taste to the blender container (or directly into the minced meat if using a meat grinder). You can use any dried herbs, as well as spice blends such as Italian seasoning, for example.

4. Beat or mix thoroughly once again. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add the minced meat. Fry over medium heat, stirring constantly.

5. Peel the tomatoes and grate them on a grater (or blend in a blender). Add the tomato sauce to the minced meat and simmer until fully cooked. Serve this chicken mince bolognese at home best with pasta, sprinkled with cheese or fresh herbs.
