Description

The recipe won't take much time. The sauce recipe was invented by the residents of Bologna. Each family has its own unique way of preparing this sauce. Bolognese is frequently mentioned in Italian recipes and is commonly used with Italian pasta. In Bolognese cuisine, the meat sauce is traditionally served with mashed potatoes, fresh tagliatelle, or green lasagna. To achieve a creamy and thick consistency, don't skimp on cooking time. Italian chefs simmer such sauces for 2 to 4 hours, sometimes even longer. Serve hot.

    1. Wash, peel, and finely chop (into small cubes) the celery, onion, garlic, and carrots. Pour oil into a heavy-bottomed high pot, heat it, and sauté the vegetables until soft.
