Pancakes in a plastic bottle with milk
Description
Delicious baking for the whole family. The finished batter can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days. When you’re ready, just shake the bottle and you can start frying the pancakes! Even a teenager can make pancakes this way, and the pancakes from this batter turn out lacy, paper-thin, and incredibly delicious. You simply must try them.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all ingredients. For pancake batter, use a plastic bottle with a capacity larger than the volume of the ingredients. That way it will be easier to mix them.
- 2
Step 2

Pour milk and vegetable oil into the bottle. Add eggs, sugar, and salt. For convenience, you can use a funnel. Close the bottle with the lid and shake it well.
- 3
Step 3

Now add the flour and baking powder to the bottle. Close it with the lid again and shake more thoroughly this time so that all the ingredients mix well together and no lumps of flour remain.

Step 4

Heat the crepe pan until hot and lightly grease it with vegetable oil before the first crepe. Pour a little batter from the bottle onto the pan and, rotating it, spread the batter over the entire surface. Cook the crepes over medium heat on both sides until golden.

Step 5

Stack the pancakes in a pile. If you like, you can butter them with softened butter.

Step 6

The milk pancakes in a plastic bottle are ready. You can serve the pancakes with jam, preserves, condensed milk, or sour cream.
