
Pancakes in batter
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Prepare the batter, separately make the filling for the pancakes. Fry the pancakes as usual on both sides until done. Then spread the filling over a pancake, fold it into a triangle, and dip it into the batter. Fry and serve with sour cream.

To prepare the dish, crack 2 eggs into a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt. Beat well.

Pour in boiling water (1 cup), followed by 1 cup of milk. Whisk.

Sift the flour. Add the baking powder. Knead the dough. Finally, pour in 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. The dough is ready for frying pancakes. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

On a hot skillet with added vegetable oil, fry the pancakes in the usual way on both sides.

Prepare the cottage cheese filling. Mix cottage cheese, a little sour cream, and softened raisins.

Add a little sugar to the filling. Do not put too much sugar, otherwise the cottage cheese will release whey and the pancakes will become runny. Cut each pancake in half. Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each half.

The cottage cheese filling can be slightly spread over the pancake.

Fold the two edges of the crepe towards the center. This will form a triangle.

We have 2 eggs left. Add 3 tablespoons of milk. Beat the eggs with the milk.
