It's very convenient and quite simple, while the pancakes themselves remain classic and beloved by everyone. Serve them with tea or coffee.

1. First, prepare a clean and dry plastic bottle. Depending on the quantity of ingredients, use a container of the appropriate volume. Place a funnel, then crack the eggs into it.

4. Pour in the kefir and vegetable oil. Close the bottle tightly with the lid and shake well. The pancake batter in a bottle using kefir is ready.

5. Leave the bottle for 15–20 minutes so the flour can fully dissolve and there are no lumps in the batter. Shake the bottle well again afterwards.

6. Heat a frying pan, and gradually pour the batter onto it. If making original pancakes, make a hole in the bottle cap and pour the batter in a thin stream, drawing any patterns on the pan. In this case, everything is quite traditional.
