Classic thin pancakes
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. I really like this recipe! Minimal ingredients and an excellent result! Thin, delicate, easy to flip and remove from the pan. Your batter should be smooth and lump-free, so it's best to use a mixer for preparation. The ingredient quantities in this recipe are calculated for 10 pancakes. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
