Pancakes with tongue
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. You can eat pancakes plain, just as they are, with jam or sour cream. Or you can prepare a delicious filling for them. I suggest a recipe for pancakes with tongue. If you have leftover sliced tongue from yesterday's celebration—even better, it will make a wonderful filling. You can mix boiled tongue with other sliced meats for an even tastier result. Well, that's it. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the pancake batter. Add eggs, salt, and sugar to the milk. Mix well and gradually add flour. Beat the batter until smooth and free of lumps. Then add vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
- 2
Step 2

Fry the pancakes on a well-heated skillet. Before baking the first pancake, grease the skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil.
- 3
Step 3

We peel the boiled tongue and slice it thinly into strips or cubes. It can also be minced in a meat grinder.
- 4
Step 4

Prepare the sauce for the tongue filling. The tongue is quite dry, and to prevent the filling from falling out of the pancakes, we'll make a sauce. Melt the butter.
- 5
Step 5

Add flour to the oil and fry for several minutes. Keep stirring constantly to prevent the flour from burning.
- 6
Step 6

Pour the milk into the mixture and add a pinch of salt. Stir well and simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes after boiling.
- 7
Step 7

Mix the sliced tongue with the sauce. You can add ground pepper, a pinch of nutmeg, or dried herbs.
- 8
Step 8

Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of the crepe and fold the crepe into a square envelope.

Step 9

Pancakes with tongue can then be lightly fried in butter. Serve the pancakes with sour cream or any sauce of your choice.
