
Pancakes with cottage cheese and strawberries
Description

1. Beat the eggs with a mixer into a thick foam. Then add 3 tablespoons of sugar and beat again. Add vanilla, salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of nutmeg into the thick, stable foam.

2. Add milk, sifted flour, and 30 ml of sunflower oil. Mix with a blender. The batter should be quite runny.

3. Heat the pan over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium. Periodically brush the surface of the pan with a silicone brush. Pour a ladle of batter, then tilt the pan to pour excess batter back into the bowl. Flip the pancake with a wooden spatula.

4. Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve. Transfer it to the bowl of a mixer, add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, and beat well.
